Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
– Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

– Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
– Digital/educational products are non-refundable once accessed.
Process
- Contact us at info@equinetendon.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
- Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receipt, excluding original shipping costs.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
– If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
